Once we have you on board with our Leasing services, we will then coordinate a photo shoot of the home that includes professional, HD quality pictures from our in-house photographer (check out our work for other clients on our Instagram page, @paytons.place) with the goal of ensuring your home is advertised in its best light to maximize the demand of prospective renters.
We will also create a comprehensive description of the home, including its interior and exterior features along with surrounding neighborhood and community highlights to be used for your online ad.
With the combination of pictures and ad description, we will market your home among numerous rental sites to ensure your home receives optimum exposure.
