Founded in 2017, I created Payton’s Place Real Estate due to stark inconsistencies in how the conventional property management company operates. Deficiencies in customer service and communications; mark ups and hidden fees to name a few. So I decided to create an alternative with homeowners and tenants in mind.

Born and raised in Washington, DC metropolitan area, I have an emotional investment in this community and the people that make this area great. Our duty is to treat our clients like family, while managing their home with a kinfolk type atmosphere.
